Because their price was the lowest, I was a bit concerned about the quality of the work. But no worries! They were great. They demolished a large 2-car garage and shed that was covered in years of wisteria. They broke up a concrete shower. got rid of the wisteria, and left a clean slab. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
We were extremely pleased with Mikey’s Demolition. They communicated well, they showed up at the appointed time, on time, they were professional and efficient. They completed the job same day and left a level, clean surface where our dilapidated building once stood. We would highly recommend Mikey’s to anyone needing a building removed.
Mikey’s did an awesome job on our swimming pool demolition! First of all they took on this job, which was a challenge. When we put the pool in 30 years ago, we had plenty of room on the sides. But with houses on each side of us now, they literally had only about 6 feet to get their equipment back-and-forth between our house and detached garage. They did what they needed to do to get the job done. Working with smaller equipment and taking longer than they expected. The job took longer, but they did not charge us any extra money. They also did not require any payment until the job was completely done. They also kept with city codes in my city and what was required for them to do. Totally recommend this company. Filberto is amazing and Rosey the one you work with for communication and up to date on when they will be there is also very sweet and always on top of it. Good communication on all ends. Highly recommend. And their price was the cheapest also of all other Quotes. They are also insured and do different kinds of work, so I will definitely be calling them when we have other things to do.
I had a large, 30 year old, brick patio (730 sf) that had settled and cracked, and needed to be removed. There were also 18" high brick walls around the flower beds that needed to go. Mikey's Demo crew arrived on-time, and finished in one day. They carefully removed all of the brick and mortar without damaging the house, fence, or trees, and the price was very reasonable.
I rarely do reviews but am happy to when I receive exceptional service. I had Mickey's demolish a home on my property, they communicated very well prior to the job. They said they would start at 7 am and both days they were here before 7. Their people knew exactly what they were doing and had the house down and the entire site cleaned up in 2 days. They were very respectful of my property and limited the area that was disturbed by the work. It has been a long time since I have hired a contractor that did great work, showed up when they said they would and completed the job professionally and quickly with no problems. I can't say enough about this company, they were terrific to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend their service to others. They are truly 5 stars.
